The first two show homes at E5 Living UK’s new development in Grimsby are open for viewing.

The Howsham and The Ludney, which are both two-bedroom detached bungalows, are showcasing the contemporary style and quality that E5 is delivering in this new village-style community at King’s Park, next to the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital.

The first phase includes 78 properties, a mix of three-bedroom semi-detached houses and two and three-bedroom bungalows. The second phase will see an additional 16 homes and retail units including a convenience store being built. Further phases will add housing for over-55s and there are proposals for assisted living accommodation in future development.

King’s Park sets a new standard for larger market residential schemes with a commitment to contemporary design, quality build and a higher than normal specification.

Managing Director Kevin Stevens said: “We’ve really raised the bar in terms of what you’d expect for properties in this price bracket with a specification that people would expect from homes selling at a higher level. We’ve included elements like underfloor heating, bi-fold or patio doors to the garden and individually designed kitchens with stone worktops as standard.
