It’s been a busy year for the E5 Group, despite the challenges faced globally from the covid pandemic.

Our E5 Living Europe division sold the two properties we developed in Camp de Mar, Mallorca — Villa Statera and Villa Anguli — and agreed reservations on our two Palma properties, Villa San Lorenzo and the penthouse Can Fortuny. We also concluded a deal on four prime plots of land in south west Mallorca. New owners will also be taking ownership of our luxury Swiss chalet Sophia shortly too.

E5 Living UK has been equally active. Our Hallow developments, Braithwaite Close and Royal Oak are now all fully completed and occupied and King’s Park in Grimsby has seen sales on 11 bungalows with double that number reserved for 2022 move-in dates We have also secured a number of new sites in Lincolnshire that will be progressed in 2022.

Behind the scenes, E5 Care and E5 Minerals are working on exciting projects that we hope to able to share more about in 2022.
