E5 teamed up with Switzerland’s renowned Matti Architektur team to create the three breathtaking bespoke designs, which complement the structures and their surroundings. Each chalet has a traditional hand-carved façade, with balconies, created by highly skilled craftsmen. The experience of these traditional artisans is also evident in the quality of the oak-finish walls in the large principal rooms.

These ‘smart homes’ benefit from state-of-the-art ‘Digi Haus’ domotics. The system affords remote control of lighting, heating, electronics, security shutters etc, via an app. The owner can arrive at their warm and welcoming well-lit chalet, for immediate enjoyment. Energy-efficient vertical closed-loop geothermal technology – ground source heat pump – provides underfloor heating as well as hot water throughout each property.

Each chalet has six spacious en-suite bedrooms, and an 8-person lift (comfortably accommodating a wheelchair) to all floors. Two of the chalets have a gym, with hammam, steam room, sauna, and relaxation area with projector and screen for movie-viewing. These properties also have a10-metre single-piece stainless steel underground swimming pool with glass partition inset Jacuzzi. The third chalet has a spa with swinging relaxation bed, and sauna.

All chalets have a private two-vehicle underground garage, finished to an impressive standard; these garages are hermetically sealed, with remote-controlled doors. Additional parking is available in the communal basement car park and in a street-level private parking area. In total, each chalet has six parking spaces at their disposal.
